In 2023, Maryam Momeni joined the Kennedy Library at Cal Poly in the role of Public Services & Collection Maintenance Specialist. She plays a pivotal role in fulfilling public service responsibilities, maintaining collections, and overseeing student assistant activities. Maryam has previously worked at various institutions such as Harvard University, the Mabel Smith Douglass Library at Rutgers University, PEN American Center, Voxgov, and Cuesta College. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tehran, an M.A. in English-American Studies from the University of Vienna, and an M.I. from Rutgers University.
