Adriana is responsible for the direction, development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of library services and programs to meet the scholarly and intellectual needs of the university community. She is committed to enriching the work environment by fostering and embracing opportunities created by diversity along a number of dimensions, including race, ethnicity and national origin, gender and gender identity, sexuality, class and religion. Previously, Adriana held positions at University of Notre Dame and Princeton University, where she oversaw transformative changes in the areas of library services, collections, information technology, facilities and advancement. Adriana earned a joint bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest, Romania; and a Master of Library Science degree from Rutgers University.
