University Archives Register of Holdings

The University Archives contains records about the history, growth and development of Cal Poly. The holdings chronicle the university from its beginning as a vocational school in 1903 to the present.

Types of records include master plans of the campus, annual reports, reports and speeches from the President’s Office, Academic Senate agendas and minutes, ASI records, college magazines and newsletters, office files of colleges and departments, and correspondence. Holdings also include El Corral yearbooks, catalogs, the Mustang Daily on microfilm, photographs, scrapbooks, audio recordings, motion pictures, drawings and plans, pamphlets and ephemera.
