Find Your Way Around
Floor Directories
Check out our floor directories for easy-to-see exact locations of servies and resources throughout the library.
Quiet floors
The fourth and fifth floor are designated quiet study areas. There is also a 24/7 Quiet Study Room on the first floor.
Reference and Research Help
On the first floor near the elevators you will find our Reference and Research Help room but it's more than that.
You can find the latest popular books, the latest academic books, and current periodicals (that's "magazines" in library-speak). There are comfy chairs for you to read in pleasure.
And there are also computer stations, two computer labs, GIS-computer stations, a map and microfiche room and printers. Librarians and staff are available to answer your questions and help you out.
We've been voted best study space on campus for as long as we can remember and we hope to keep it that way.
This is what we call our second floor. Here you will find eight collaboration rooms, lots of individual and group study rooms, and the Satellite TV Room. This is also the area that hosts many library events and exhibits like Science Cafe and Gallery at the Commons.
Computer Labs and Laptop/AV Check out
We have seven computer labs three on the first floor and four on the second floor. You can check out laptops and AV equipment in the PolyConnect lab on the first floor.
