Kennedy Library Media Collection

Whats here?

A collection of approximately 6000 DVD and VHS media titles are available to browse and borrow from the Kennedy Library. All titles can be found in PolyCat. To look for a video on a subject, use the Advanced Search in PolyCat and limit the format to "Video/DVD."

Where are the videos?

The collection is located on the second floor, to the right of Julians Café and adjacent to the Teachers Resource Collection.

Where can I view videos?

Two media viewing stations are available in the video collection area on the second floor. They accommodate private viewing and use of VHS media. DVDs may be used at any Library workstation.

Forgot your headphones?

You can borrow a set at the Poly Connect Lab on the first floor.

Borrow Media through Link+

If Cal Poly doesnt have the video you're looking for, you may be able to get it through Link+.

Media materials from Link+ circulate for 7 or 21 days, depending on the policies of the lending libraries. Items circulating for 7 days will be non-renewable. Books will continue to circulate for 21 days, with one renewal. Pick-up notices will be sent by email.
