About
Katherine leads Kennedy Library’s Academic Services unit, which provides resources, programs, and services to support teaching, learning, and research at Cal Poly. She provides leadership to the library’s college and program faculty librarians, who serve the colleges and lead the library’s programmatic initiatives. As a faculty librarian, she served as the College Librarian for the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences from 2009-2018. Prior to joining Kennedy Library, Katherine was the Life Sciences Librarian at Arizona State University. She holds a M.S. in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Nazareth College of Rochester (NY).
