3-2-1 Launch! Redesigned website is about to blast off

We are very excited to share with you, our users and community, our new and improved website soon! It’s been months of sketching, testing, surveying and talking (sometimes excitedly, if you know what I mean) and we’re happy to get this first phase out into the world. We’re happy not only because it is a culmination of lots of hard work, but also because it means you will get to experience it and offer more real-world feedback. We want to know what you think!

So, when you go to and see new navigation and icons, new features and experiences, know that it’s informed by feedback. And that the feedback isn’t by any means over. We look forward to your comments so that we can continue to make it better!

Enjoy the new look and feel while you discover the research, people, resources and stuff that you need. In short, we hope you enjoy an improved user experience.
