Best Study Spot on Campus

This year Cal Poly students voted Kennedy Library “Best Study Spot” on campus. That’s five years in a row!

More students are finding this out for themselves: in fall 2010, there was a 9% increase in main library use over fall 2009. Use of the library’s expanded 24-hour space grew even faster, up 26% over 2009!

Whether you’re sipping coffee in Julian’s on a rainy day, meeting your study group, borrowing a laptop for the afternoon, or finding just the right source for your assignment, happy studying!

What’s next?

We’re always working to be an even better study spot for you.

This year the Cal Poly Student Library Advisory Council (SLAC) surveyed students to find out what students most want to change or improve about the library. We’ll be sharing details on what we found out… and how we’re responding, later this quarter.
