Collaboration Rooms Reservation Request

Collaboration Room Reservation and Use Policy

The Collaboration Rooms, located on the 2nd floor in the Learning Commons, are available for reservation by Cal Poly students and are subject to the following policies:

• Reservations can be requested for groups of three or more.
• Collaboration Room may be requested up to two weeks in advance, through midnight the day before the reservation. There are no same-day reservations.
• Collaboration Room may be reserved in 30-minute increments, for up to 3 hours, per group per day.
• Available reservation times start 1 hour after opening until closing (except Sunday through Thursday when the last reservations end at midnight).
• Reservations are void after 20 minutes if group members are not present. Room reverts to first come, first served availability.
• As all eight Collaboration Room are equipped the same, the library does not accept reservations for specific rooms.

Submit a Room Reservation Request

Do not fill in the following field:

• Your E-Mail (Required)

  Use your Cal Poly email address. (Eg. jdoe@calpoly.edu)

• Group/Event Name (Required)

  This will be displayed on the posted schedule.

• Number In Group (Required) Choose one... 3 4 5 6 7 8

  You must have at least three people in your group to reserve a room.

• Date (Required)
• Start Time (Required)

  Example: "2:30pm"

• End Time (Required)

  Example: "2:30pm"

• (Required) I understand my reservation is not final until confirmed via email reply. I agree to abide by the Request Policy (above) and the Room Use policy.
