Collaboration Rooms Reservation Request

The collaboration rooms in the 2nd floor Learning Commons are available for reservation by Cal Poly students, subject to the following policies:

Reservations are for 3 or more persons.
Rooms may be requested up to 2 weeks in advance, through midnight the day before the reservation. There are no same-day reservations.
Rooms may be reserved in 30 minute increments, for up to 3 hours, per group per day.
Available reservation times start 1 hour after opening until closing (except Sunday through Thursday when the last reservations end at midnight).
Reservations are void after 20 minutes if group members are not present. Room reverts to first come, first served availability.
As all eight collaboration rooms are equipped the same, the library does not accept reservations for specific rooms.
