Collaboration Rooms / Study Rooms
There are eight group study rooms available in the Learning Commons. Each is equipped with white board and a flat screen monitor (VGA connection with supported resolutions: 1920x1080, 1280x720), and each room seats up to eight people.
Reservations Now Accepted
Beginning spring quarter 2009, reservation requests are being accepted from Cal Poly students.
Use Policies
To assure consideration of all library users, all users are asked to observe the following guidelines:
- Priority is given to use by groups of three or more people.
- Vacant rooms may be used by smaller groups with the understanding that they may be asked to vacate the room by a group of three or more.
- Please leave rooms ready for the next group: erase white boards, remove books and papers, etc.
- Unattended belongings and library materials may be removed.
We ask that you be considerate of your fellow students in observing these policies.
Other Rooms Available
In addition to these eight rooms, the Library has another nine group study rooms available on a first come, first served basis, on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. See our library maps and directories for more information.
