Kindle Checkout Pilot

The Library is making 4 Amazon Kindle DX's available for checkout at the PolyConnect service desk as part of a pilot project during 2009-10.

We're excited to provide an opportunity for Cal Poly to experience reading on a Kindle. We hope to learn how you will interact with e-book readers, what kind of content will be useful to you in this format, and how the Kindle will perform in delivering content to you.

For this portion of the pilot project, the Kindles are loaded with New York Times bestsellers in fiction and non-fiction.
