Special Collections and Archives presents an irreverent exhibit series, “Eye Candy & Mixed Nuts,” featuring new acquisitions and “discoveries” within the collections.
Each year, Special Collections and Archives acquires new items for its permanent collections for teaching, learning and research. Unique archival records tell us about the history of Cal Poly, or about the economic, social and cultural contributions of people and organizations on California’s Central Coast. Limited edition artists’ books and broadsides illustrate the endless ways words, images, data, and materials can be combined to express ideas in physical form.
While topics will vary, each exhibit promises to be eye-catching, interesting, and always calorie free.
The series runs indefinitely. Special Collections and Archives is located on the 4th floor of the library. Hours are M-F from 9-4.
