Camtasia, the software-maker best known for their tutorial & screen capture software, has released Camtasia Relay.
Camtasia Relay is specifically targeted to the academic community with platform-agnostic tools designed to record, edit and distribute classroom lectures on Blackboard, iTunes or through other online means.
