This is a very simple trick I use quite a lot. When I need to keep track of smaller pieces of paper, I glue a small envelope to the inside of the project’s file folder. Perfect for business cards and those great ideas that get scribbled onto cocktail napkins.

That does seem like a great idea, but what about making an impression with presentation folders? You can order them with pockets inside, as well as business card slots. And you can custom design them for your image with your logo, colors, and maybe company name and slogan on the front. They are a great way to keep organized but also send prospects and competitors alike the message that you are a professional designer, complete with all of the “bells and whistles.”

But this is just for my project folders that only I see… cheap, quick, and very useful.

For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:
You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Simple, yes. But very clever!
