Nettuts has a list of 30 inspiring web sites using innovative designs. I haven’t had a chance to check them out yet myself (have really only perused the screenshots), but am looking forward to checking them out.
In the comments one person mentioned that the actual web development may be lacking in practice. So, use this as a visual inspiration, if any of these grab your fancy.I especially like that the group is global. The image above is from a Russian web site. The main links are in English but all the rest is Cyrillic.
