I really need to stretch more often during the work day, but can personally get lulled into a chair-stupification with little movement beyond tip-tap-tapping on my keyboard. I’ve decided to make a more conscious effort to stretch during the day and thought I would share these Mayo Clinic office-stretching videos I found during my lunch break today.

Each of these videos is very short with simple, direct instructions. Easy to do in just a couple of minutes here and there throughout the day.
