About the conversation

Local Climate Action Planning is a book co-authored by Michael R. Boswell, Adrienne I. Greve and Tammy L. Seale, published in 2011 by Island Press. "This is the first book designed to help planners, municipal staff and officials, citizens and others working at local levels to develop Climate Action Plans. CAPs are strategic plans that establish policies and programs for mitigating a community's greenhouse gas (GHGs) emissions." — Amazon.com

The three authors will begin with an informal talk about their work, followed by a conversation with Elizabeth Lowham and Q&A with the audience.
