Local Climate Action Planning is a book co-authored by Michael R. Boswell, Adrienne I. Greve and Tammy L. Seale, published in 2011 by Island Press. The three authors will begin with an informal talk about their work, followed by a conversation with Elizabeth Lowham and Q&A with the audience.

About the speakers

• Michael R. Boswell, Professor, City and Regional Planning Department
  Dr. Boswell's areas of research include environmental and natural resource planning, climate action planning, natural hazard mitigation, planning theory and collaborative planning.
• Adrienne I. Greve, Assistant Professor, City and Regional Planning Department
  Dr. Greve’s areas of research include planning for climate change, urban streams, and urban ecology.
• Tammy L. Seale, Sustainability and Climate Change Services Manager at PMC
  PMC is a municipal services consulting firm based in California.

Special guest

• Elizabeth Lowham, Assistant Professor, Political Science Department and Director of Master of Public Policy (MPP)
  Dr. Lowham's research focuses on leadership and collaboration.
