From Library to Library

Visiting Kennedy Library, you probably have noticed the colorful posters and flyers that highlight our diverse collections and ongoing events.

The variety of print and online materials is created by the design team in close collaboration with Communications and Special Initiatives, Library Information Technology and our librarians and staff.

Meet our Team

Cal Poly's learn by doing philosophy is also carried throughout our team: four student assistants ranging from graphic communications to computer science are encouraged to develop their own design ideas and display them in print and web throughout the library.

Conny Liegl, the library's web designer is supervising the small group that is located on the 5th floor. Our current student assistants are: Glen Beebe, Collin Fredrick, Fiona Fung, Kate Johnson, and Matt Rice.
