Academic Services
The Academic Services units and programs of the Kennedy Library are responsible for connecting students, faculty, and members of the Cal Poly community to the information resources and tools that will help them succeed in their academic and personal lives.
Access Services
The Access Services unit keeps the Main Library open each year for use by 1.3 million visitors. Access Services consists of two units: Circulation and Course reserves, and Interlibrary Services.
The Circulation and Course Reserves unit assists library users with borrowing books, media, and course reserves.
The Interlibrary Services Unit is responsible for delivering tens of thousands of books and articles to Cal Poly from other libraries. We also lend tens of thousands of books and articles to partner libraries around the world.
