LibQUAL+ is a national survey that helps us measure customer satisfaction with library services, facilities, and collections. LibQual lets us understand how the perceived quality of the Kennedy Library compares with the perceived quality of libraries at several other peer universities.

Fall Quarter 2008 Service Improvement Survey Results

We conducted a Library Service Improvement Survey during the fall quarter, to help us understand user preferences about some of our services. We had a total of 474 responses, an excellent response rate for a survey of this kind. All but 7% were students, and 62% of all respondents were juniors, seniors, or grad students. Employment: Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Librarian

Kennedy Library seeks an enterprising library professional to serve Cal Poly's College of Agriculture, Food, and Environmental Sciences, to provide instructional support, direct instruction and reference services, and help shape information collections that support the work of the College. Celebrating Black History Month: Strive and Struggle

In honor of Black History Month, Kennedy Library is presenting the photographic exhibition Strive and Struggle: Documenting the Civil Rights Movement at Cal Poly, 1967 – 1975 beginning February 2nd through March 1st. The free exhibition, open during regular library hours, is located at the Library Gallery on the first floor of the Kennedy Library.

Mars Within Reach Exhibit Coming to Kennedy Library in November

Mars Within Reach is an interdisciplinary exhibition that will allow visitors to touch, hear, and interact with data from several recent Mars missions. The exhibition blends planetary science, engineering, and music to demonstrate scholarship related to the exploration of the Martian Arctic, with special attention to making the content accessible to persons with visual impairments.
